崗位職責(zé)與責(zé)任：
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)全球客戶的BESS制造現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行預(yù)審核評(píng)估、線上檢查及最終產(chǎn)品抽檢。
作為客戶的主要聯(lián)絡(luò)人，就檢查結(jié)果和發(fā)現(xiàn)提供溝通。
在檢查過(guò)程中監(jiān)控日常生產(chǎn)參數(shù)和質(zhì)量控制記錄（進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)、過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)、出貨檢驗(yàn)）；解決問(wèn)題并與工廠QC團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)。
編制并提交詳細(xì)的檢查報(bào)告。
協(xié)助制造商提升生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量控制流程。
協(xié)助管理層制定、維護(hù)及改進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序（SOPs）。
遵守所有內(nèi)部SOP、政策和公司規(guī)章制度。
每月向后臺(tái)提交工作時(shí)間和費(fèi)用報(bào)銷報(bào)告。
及時(shí)了解太陽(yáng)能行業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步，特別是供應(yīng)商、客戶以及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)。
Lead pre-audit evaluations, in-line inspections, and final product sampling inspections at BESS manufacturing sites for global clients.
Serve as the main contact for clients regarding inspection results and findings.
Monitor daily production parameters and quality control records (IQC, IPQC, OQC) during inspections; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with factory QC teams.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive inspection reports.
Support manufacturers in enhancing their production and quality control processes.
Assist management in developing, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comply with all internal SOPs, policies, and company regulations.
Submit monthly reports on working hours and expense claims to the back office.
Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in the solar industry, especially regarding suppliers and clients and key developments concerning industry standards.
任職資格：
具有至少3年在BESS制造行業(yè)的質(zhì)量保證（QA）經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
深刻理解BESS的質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃（QAC/QAP）及生產(chǎn)流程。
熟悉IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GB）關(guān)于BESS工廠驗(yàn)收測(cè)試（FAT）和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收測(cè)試（SAT）的相關(guān)要求。
愿意且能夠頻繁在中國(guó)境內(nèi)出差，未來(lái)可能包括國(guó)際出差；能在壓力下管理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀和書寫能力。
Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a BESS manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of BESS Quality Control and Quality Assurance Plans (QAC/QAP) and production workflows.
Familiarity with IEC and GB standards for BESS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across China and in the future perhaps internationally; must be capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Good proficiency in English reading and writing is required.
